Our office policy is to provide comprehensive dental care for all of our patients in a warm, caring environment using the most up-to-date, proven dental techniques available. We partner with you to develop a treatment plan with your needs and desires in mind. Our experienced staff is prepared to help you with all your scheduling, financial and insurance needs.

Scheduling Appointments / Consultations

Patients are seen by appointment only. The Olympia Dental Group is closed on Fridays, weekends, major holidays, and when we are away at continuing education and training programs. The office answering system is always available to take messages and help you contact us in an event of an emergency


Cancellation Policy

We strive to see patients in a timely manner and recognize that your time is valuable too. Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved only for you. We ask patients to honor the appointment time given to them, asking for two (2) business days notice if a change is needed. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing a second appointment without notifying us two (2) business days in advance, we reserve the right to charge a "no show" fee.

As a courtesy to our patients, we bill most major insurance companies on your behalf. We are preferred provider for:

Preventative Care

Visiting your family dentist on a regular basis is the best way to achieving optimal oral health and can help you avoid more costly dental problems down the road. We firmly believe in preventative care whenever possible by educating, motivating, and inspiring you to take an active role in maintaining your oral health. We provide a comprehensive examination and radiographs on the initial visit to help us determine a diagnostic baseline that will be used for all your future care with us. Our office has programs to help you remember to schedule routine appointments to maintain your optimal oral health.
